Place an order

  • Chose the item you wish to purchase and select the size and quantity
  • Click ADD TO CART
  • When all items you wish to purchase are listed in your cart, click CHECKOUT

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and all forms of payment accepted through paypal.

Please note: Adding an item to your cart does not hold the item for a later shopping session.

Check the status of your order

When your order has shipped an email containing a UPS or USPS tracking number will be sent o the email you provided at purchase.

If you experience difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at zuriickservice@gmail.com

Make changes to your order

Email zuriickservice@gmail.com within 24 hours.

Please note: Changes can only be made before your order is shipped.

Get an item that is currently sold out

Email zuriickservice@gmail.com and we will notify you via email with an expected date of availability.

Return or exchange an item

Orders are shipped with a return/exchange form. Click here if you did not receive one with your purchase.

  • Fill out the return/exchange form completely.
  • Pack and seal the merchandise – use original shipping box if possible.
  • Mail to Zuriick.

OUR POLICIES

Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed and shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Domestic orders with a physical address are shipped UPS Ground.

Domestic orders with a P.O. Box are shipped USPS.

Please allow 4-7 days for delivery.

International orders are shipped USPS Express at a rate of $40 for the first pair and $15 for each additional. Zuriick is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. All international orders are subject to local duties and customs fees. These fees are the responsibilities of the recipient. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 12pm Mountain Time will be processed the next business day.

An $11.00 charge per package will be applied to orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Sale Adjustment

If an item is reduced from the original price within 14 days of purchase, we will give store credit for the difference.

Pricing Policy

Price Matching means you never pay more at Zuriick.com.

If one of our items is priced lower at another retailer, please email us at zuriickservice@gmail.com and we will gladly match that price.

Return/Exchange Policy

Products must be returned in their original condition* and packed in the original packaging within 21 days of receipt.

Zuriick does not accept responsibility for lost packages and recommends you use a shipping method with tracking and/or proof of delivery.

Returns eligible for refund will be processed as soon as possible, with the funds being issued to the card used for purchase.

Sale items may be exchanged for another item or store credit.

Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

You will receive an email notification your return or exchange has been processed.

*We recommend trying on your new shoes over a carpeted surface to avoid scuffs or damage.

Privacy Policy

Zuriick does not store your credit card information.

Zuriick will not rent or sell your name or personal information.
